Behind Makeo is a team of construction engineers, lean consultants, software developers, designers, marketing experts and key account managers.
Together with our CEO, Dr. Felix Enge, a dedicated lean advocate, we work together to find out how lean processes can make your construction sites more efficient and your daily work easier.
Dr. Felix Enge, lean expert and CEO
Felix Enge graduated in civil engineering in 2003, specializing in theoretical methods, foundation engineering and soil mechanics. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Construction Informatics at the Technical University of Berlin and earned his doctorate in the field of model-based scheduling.
From 2009 to 2012, Felix Enge led the research project “IT-supported methods for planning and executing construction processes”. The results moved him to establish Sablono GmbH. There, as managing director, he was responsible for the areas of corporate development, product strategy and sales.
From 2015 to 2020, Felix Enge was employed as a consultant at Staufen AG. Here he managed projects in the building industry, as well as in mechanical and plant engineering. Since June 2020, Felix Enge has been Executive Director at Makeo GmbH.
